 INCODTRIN2020 - 1st International Conference on Digital Transformation and Innovation Technology which will be held in Quito - Ecuador from October 28th to October 30th, 2020  The aim of INCODTRIN2021 is to bring together private and public sectors, Government entities, researchers, and practitioners interested in the advances of Information Systems and Computer Science, Governance of Data, and the perspective of applying technology in systems that could benefit citizens.  Companies from different countries will participate in showing Success Cases, with experts in a wide spectrum of areas of information technology.  Topics: Big data, Blockchain, Cloud Computing, Digital Transformation, Information Technology, Artificial intelligence, Computational intelligence, Intelligent systems, and Machine learning between others.  INCODTRIN2021 is a conference for Engineering, Education, and Technology aimed at the national and international community in the area of information technology and related sciences.  Computational Science is the main pillar of most of the present research, industrial and commercial activities, and plays a unique role in exploiting ICT innovative technologies.  INCODTRIN2020 Conference offers a real opportunity to bring together scientists of different disciplines, discuss new issues, tackle complex problems, and find advanced solutions breeding new trends in Computational Science.  Submitted papers will be subject to stringent peer review by at least three experts and carefully evaluated based on originality, significance, technical soundness, and clarity of exposition.   The authors of a selected number of top quality papers will be requested to extend their papers for further review and publication as special issues in highly recognized international journals such as Neurona B.A.  INCODTRIN 2020 accepts paper submission in General Tracks papers.
