 Rajkumar Buyya is a Redmond Barry Distinguished Professor and Director of the Cloud Computing and Distributed Systems (CLOUDS) Laboratory at the University of Melbourne, Australia. He is also serving as the founding CEO of Manjrasoft, a spin-off company of the University, commercializing its innovations in Cloud Computing. He has authored over 

750 publications and seven text books including "Mastering Cloud Computing" published by McGraw Hill, China Machine Press, and Morgan Kaufmann for Indian, Chinese and international markets respectively. Dr. Buyya is one of the highly cited author.

 Assistant professor at the School of Engineering, Science and Technology of the Universidad del Rosario, Bogotá. She is currently the director of the undergraduate program in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science. Mathematician from Universidad de los Andes, Bogota, Colombia. Winner of a grant from the European Community in the Erasmus Mundus master program: ALGANT in algebra, geometry and number theory at University of Bordeaux I, France and Università degli Studi di Padova, Italy. She obtained her PhD in applied mathematics, in the area of post-quantum cryptography from Danmarks Tekniske Universitet (DTU). Valérie was a postdoctoral researcher at the laboratory GREYC Université de Caen Normandie, France in the AMMAC team and at the department of mathematics at the Universidad de los Andes in Bogota. Her research areas of interest are cryptography, coding theory and its applications

 José Luis Dranuta is Deputy Secretary of Gobierno Digital del Partido de General Pueyrredón. Born in Buenos Aires, he is a Systems Analyst and Licensed in Education with Specialization in Technology. He has worked at National and International companies and worked as a consultant for the World Bank and the European Union, residing 5 years in Spain, where he performed as a consultant in companies and information technology, data protection and transparency of information. He is a priest, who plays as a professional in a multinational company, soccer fan and tennis player, takes a project as a personal hobby in his house and develops a robotic hydroponics garden, in the self-sustaining production line. and sustainable food with healthy food and renewable energy.
In 2019 he was invited by Dr. Guillermo Montenegro to join the Municipal Office in virtue of his relationship with the municipal public environment and the private sector. From then on, I work on the management and the consequent transformations that include technological reforms to approach the management and the transparency of the information of the acts of government, according to the request of the intendente

He has been an Associate Professor in the Universidad of Seville (Spain) since 2010. He is part of the Data Centric Computing Research Hub and is one of the most recognized researchers on software product lines, software configuration and automated analysis of software variability. He is the chair of the Steering Committee of the Software Product Line Conference and is part of the program committees of many others of the most important conferences on software variability in the world. He has published more than a hundred papers in conferences and journals. Two of his papers, with more than one thousand citations, have been considered the "most influential paper" in the subject
